Children around the world have switched to take classes and meets friends virtually during the pandemic. Many find it difficult to understand other people’s emotions and expressions in an online environment, especially children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Savant, a virtual assistant, integrates with their videocall platforms to help them detect emotions, sarcasm and jokes in order to understand others as well as their own sentiments while enhancing their emotional intelligence.
